Wider Curriculum 2018 - 2019
We believe that pupils learn best when they are immersed in their learning, we also believe that it is important for lessons to be linked to real life contexts.
This year we are launching a new wider curriculum. Where possible subjects will be taught in cross-curricular lessons and each class will take part in a whole school event or activity at the end of each term.
We are also very excited to announce that we have used £7000 of the money raised through Friends of Manor to provide our pupils with a trip or experience each term as part of our commitment to taking learning beyond the classroom.
At the start of each term, parents are invited to a drop-in curriculum information session to share the curriculum focuses for that term and discuss ways that you can support at home.
Dates for curriculum drop-In sessions for parents
(These session will be straight after school in your child's classroom)
